Lyrics and Pictures

The last two weeks since I posted have been fairly normal, not crazy at all. I can't sit here and lie to you guys about how I've been busy, it's not true. I mean I've been working and tired as hell, but between the never-ending winter weather and the year flying by so fast (It's already March, what?!?!!) all I've really wanted to do is write some new lyrics… and perform. Last weekend I went to NY to see some old friends and watch SNL Live with Lena Dunham and the National, amazing, only validating that my purpose to want to perform is not for nothing! I have a friend that opened me up to this cute venue of an open mic and I'm going to be hitting that up this coming Tuesday. It's called Melodies Cafe  and it's right here in Ardmore! Come on by if you're in the area, hopefully I'll get to sing, apparently it's very crowded and a lot of people don't get to perform on their first try, but watching the local talent will be just as enjoyable as well, so make your way on out if you can!
